  Yes. Tap the edit icon on any unlocked card to customise the key facts and phrase. Your edits are saved automatically and you can revert to the original at any time.

• Is Cultivate free?

  Yes, Cultivate is completely free to download with all content included. No subscription, no in-app purchases.

• Is the health content medical advice?

  No. All health content in Cultivate is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your health, diet, or exercise.
